Q.  What is your business structure?

A.  We are a small, family business.  You will be contacted by us personally via text message, email or phone if we see any concerns regarding your order.  We have a brick and mortar storefront with extensive back stock to fill your internet orders.  Take a look at our social media pages to peek in our shop.

 

Q.  Where are you located?

A.  We are location in Southwestern Arizona at the California border in Yuma, AZ after moving Dream from San Diego, CA in 2007.

 

Q.  How long will my shipment take?

A.  Most shipments are packaged and picked up within 24 hours.   Depending on the shipping service you select, your order will take 1-5 days to arrive to your door.  Your shipment will come from Arizona. 

 

Q.  Are all items in stock?

A.  All items are in stock and on an inventory control system.  Barefoot Dreams and Little Giraffe lines are so extensive, and sometimes they items fall out of stock temporarily.  We have 1000’s of pieces on hand.  These items are in a constant flux of in and out of stock because of the quantities that we sell.  Please use the Alert Me via Email system through our website.  It will notify us to order the item if possible.  You will receive an email the moment it returns in our inventory system. Keep in mind... sometimes only one item is added to inventory, so don't wait when you get that notification.

 

Q.  What is the easiest way to contact Dream?

Q.  What is the return policy?

A.  Unworn, unused items in re-sellable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping fees.

 

Q. What if an item I received has a defect?

A.  Please send us a message through our Contact Us page and we will send directions for the exchange. 

 

Q. Do you ship to Canada?  

A. YES!  You are some of our best customers... we have reached out to many of you after shipments have arrived and the one thing we have learned is that UPS is very proud of their brokerage service.  Sometimes, the UPS Brokerage Fee is higher than the actual taxes.  Place your order and then reach out to us via text message and we can work together for your best shipping solution.  Contact Us  

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes! We ship to most every country.  Add your items to the cart and start the checkout process by entering your shipping address. Before it asks for payment information, it will give you different shipment options to choose from; what you are paying for is the shipping fees only.  All duty fees, brokerage fees and taxes are due to the shipping carrier prior to delivery.  Please contact us if you have questions regarding brokerage, duties and taxes.
